Colour definition

Colour is defined via reference in the items description in section #emph by a symbol |cX where
X is an upper case letter representing a given colour. The particular colour to be used is defined by implicit settings directly in the Lexicon programme. But there
is a possibility to change it in #colo subsection. The colour is defined as a ratio of RGB components (R=red, G=green, B=blue)
The weight of each item is defined as a hexadecimal number increasing from 0 to FF.

0 = "00-00-00"black
R = "AF-00-00"Red
G = "00-AF-00"Green
B = "00-00-AF"Blue
X = "00-00-AF"eXtend for entry
H = "FF-00-FF"Highlight for highlight words from fulltext search
A = "7F-7F-7F"grAy
C = "00-AF-AF"Cyan
Y = "AF-AF-00"Yellow
