  1. How will I receive my registration code?

    2. Your registration code will be sent to you automatically by email after you have completed your purchase. The code will be sent to the email address that you use for your online account.

  2. Can I move my registration code to another computer?

    3. Please read the terms of the software licence agreement. If you buy a single licence, you are entitled to use the software on a single computer. If you change computers, you may remove the software from your old computer, install it on the new computer and use the same registration code.

  3. How do I recover the software if my computer crashes?

    4. Simply download the software again from our website and reinstall it. You will be able to reuse your registration code to unlock the software.

  4. Which credit cards are accepted?

    5. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Solo and Switch/Maestro debit and credit cards.

  5. How does the DataCash system work?

    6. We work with UniTech, who provide a high-security internet payment gateway. DataCash captures your payment details, operates the credit card validation, and then passes an access request to our access control system. Your credit card details will not be stored by DataCash, Oxford University Press or any other parties.

  6. Is it secure?

    7. The software we use is highly secure and is in use by many other online retailers. Messages travelling between our online catalogue and the UniTech secure server do not contain any personal data.

  7. How do you acknowledge online purchases?

    8. After you have completed your online purchase, you'll be sent an email message with your registration code. Please keep this email safe.

  8. Will I get a receipt?

    9. After you have completed your online purchase, we recommend that you print out your order confirmation if you wish to keep a paper receipt.

  9. How much tax will I pay?

    10. VAT will be charged according to EC rules applicable for online services. For more detailed information regarding VAT, see these pages.
