Data Sheets
At left you can select saved versions of top industrial specifications for key circuit components, so you can design your own circuits in class. For updated data sheets, visit each manufacturer's Web site. These data sheets are available for consistency and convenience.
Circuit components and devices--such as diodes, amplifiers, and BJTs-all have different specifications when manufactured by different companies. The descriptions of these specifications are listed on Data Sheets.
The Data Sheets provided on this Web site are from three sources:
- Each of the commercial devices referred to in the text, Sedra/Smith, Microelectronic Circuits, Fifth Edition, is listed [TEXT]

Saved Data Sheets are provided so that consistent specifications are available to instructors designing labs or assignments for students. To obtain the most current data sheet for a device, follow the links to each manufacturer's own Web site, provided on the index to the Data Sheets.
