About the Author(s)

Laurence Koffman is Reader in Law at the University of Sussex. He is also Director of Taught Programmes for the Sussex Institute (a School within the University of Sussex, comprising the departments of Law, Education, Social Work and Social Care, and the Centre for Continuing Education).
Elizabeth Macdonald is Professor of Law at Swansea University. Within the broad field of contract law she has a special interest in, inter alia exemption clauses, damages, duress, and undue influence.
