Table of ratification
The following tables show the ratification status, as of July 2008, of the main human rights instruments contained in this book. Instruments appear in the same order as they do throughout the contents page and are divided according to their international or regional status. The table shows the number of states which have ratified each treaty and, in relation to the international and European treaties, whether the United Kingdom has ratified the treaty. Where the United Kingdom has only signed a treaty, this is indicated by the letter 'S'.
