Accessing further precedents
All the links in this section are to Atkin’s Court Forms, accessible through LexisNexis Butterworths. This is a subscription only service, but it is assumed that BPTC Students will have access to it either directly (www.lexisnexis.com/uk/legal) or through Athens.
Find the relevant precedents in Atkin’s Court Forms as follows:
- From the LexisNexis home page, click the Forms and Precedents tab.
- In the Select Sources box select Atkin’s Court Forms.
- Then click the Browse tab.
