Updates to the bar manuals covering the core topics of the BPTC are covered both in print and online for the academic year 2011–2012.
The manuals are now published on a two-year cycle, but where there have been substantial legislative or procedural changes a new edition will be printed. The Criminal Procedure Rules 2010 and subsequent amendments mean that a new edition of the Criminal Litigation and Sentencing manual – the 23rd edition – was published in August 2011.
