Environment Canada is one of my favourite national environment sites. It has good sections on climate change science, latest news on climate change and much more.

the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change allows you to download or view any section of its latest report. If you are interested in climate change in a particular region look at the chapters in the WGII report. The site also has the latest news on the UN climate change negotiations.
