Expert Protein Analysis Server (ExPASy)

Many sites collect links to tools for analysis of protein structure. Of these ExPASy is probably the most comprehensive.

The World-Wide Protein Data Bank (wwPDB)

Archives and distributes structural information on biological macromolecules. Tools for retrieval of structures appear at the sites of members of the wwPDB:
