Chapter 5: Population Genetics
A set of microsatelite genotype data for 10 populations of natterjack toads (38-40 individuals from each) is provided below and can be used to complete the data anaylsis exercise which appears at the end of Chapter 05 in the book.
The data is provided in ASCII format (toads 1) and txt format (toads2.txt) as a zip file [4KB] for download. Please see p.181 of the book for instructions on how to use the data files and to complete the exercise.
