Martin Ryder’s excellent resource on semiotics, includes many links to explore. Divided into three areas: topics, seminal authors and active authors. For a current UK author choose Daniel Chandler. The Internet offers an excellent way to administer this technique and a Delphi program was developed between 2002 and 2004 by J. Scott Armstrong. This was funded in part by the International Institute of Forecasters and is freely available for use at http://armstrong.wharton.upenn.edu/delphi2.
