The Question Bank: a web site full of questionnaires used on major surveys with important classification sections. Start by reading the opening page carefully then select “Search the QB”.  At the next page scroll the list of surveys to see the long list included. Then explore to find anything you need during the course. Remember that it is unwise to recreate scales and wordings that have been tried and tested.
