- Go to a variety of websites that sell books or music and give examples of the ones which use price bundling strategy (at least 2 examples). Compare the bundling approaches followed by the different companies and argue which one you think is the best? Try to suggest a new bundling approach.
- Sony uses direct and indirect distribution channels to sell its laptops and other electronic products; one of the direct methods is online. Go to Sony website (www.sony.com) and asses the degree to which their online ordering system is user-friendly (easy to use or not). Do you think that selling online might cause channel conflict? If yes, what can Sony do to minimise such a conflict?
