The most recent up-to-date information in the leadership literature was a conference organised by the Division of Occupational Psychologists called the Core of Leadership, which attempted to answer the fundamental question of what the core of leadership was and raised more questions than it answered. The white paper from this conference can be found on the Division’s website and is worth a read.
