This slide is proposing a model based on the results presented. The text is written as bullet points and the font size is acceptable. However, it is extremely difficult to visualize this model. The information could be much more effectively presented in the form of a schematic diagram (illustration) as shown in the next slide.

In this improved slide the model is presented in the form of a line diagram. You will agree that the information is now much easier to follow. When presenting to the audience, the speaker would explain the diagram by talking through the information. In addition, the generic title "proposed model" from the previous slide has been replaced by a more informative title so that the listener can easily identify the content of the slide they are viewing.
