This slide is overloaded with information. Only the title and gel image (and the labels) should be included. When the speaker is presenting this information, s/he would describe the data and therefore the explanatory legend placed underneath the gel (in this instance) is unnecessary. In addition, the title of the slide can be re-written so that it summarizes the main findings of the data presented.
Slide number 5 could be re-designed and presented as follows:

In this improved slide, the legend has been deleted, the title has been re-written, the image size has been enlarged to increase readability, and the significant band(s) has been identified by annotating the gel with an arrow.
