This slide uses font size 44 for the title and font size 32 for the main text. Both font sizes are large enough to be read by someone sitting at the back of a large room.
The slide includes an informative title so that the listener can easily identify the content of the slide. However, the text in the main body of the slide is written as a single paragraph of continuous text. When writing text-based slides, the author should use bullet points instead.
Slide number 3 could therefore be re-designed and presented as follows: Slide 3a
In this improved slide the continuous block of text is presented in the form of bullet points. The text can now be followed by the audience much more efficiently. It also allows the presenter to speak to his audience instead of reading directly from the visuals. You will note from the bullet points that complete sentences are not used. This is completely acceptable in a PowerPoint slide.
