Treaty of Lisbon Ratification Monitor
The Bertelsmann Foundation have removed the English version of the Treaty of Lisbon Ratification Monitor. The German language version is still available:

However, on November 3 2009 the Czech President signed the treaty thereby drawing the ratification process to a close. The treaty will enter force on 1 December 2009.
