This will lead you to the article’s abstract. Write a list summarising the main issues identified in the abstract for each article published in the last two years.

Do an internet search using Ford, Alan Mulally, “culture change”, and automobile. Choose the most appropriate site (you will end up at websites such as: http://forums.mg-rover.org/showthread.php?t=210545; http://www.evolvingexcellence.com/blog/2007/01/ford_vs_gm_whos.html) to the problems Mr Mulally faced at Ford, the reasons behind these, and  to make an evaluation of Mr Mulally’s performance in solving them. En route (so to speak!), you may want to consider how well GM is doing in its change efforts in comparison.
