    (a) On the basis of your understanding of the cultural characteristics identified, suggest new labels that might better reflect what is being measured.
    (b) How has your reclassification process been influenced by changing cultural values since Hofstede published his research?

Discuss which of these general approaches to social/work interaction you have the greatest sympathy with and the experiences that may have influenced you to make the choice you have made.
