In fifth (final) paragraph of text under this heading substitute the following for the first sentence:
The Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006, s 32 empowers a superintendent to require the owner or agent of a ship or aircraft arriving, or expected to arrive, in the United Kingdom (whether from a place in the United Kingdom or from outside the United Kingdom) or leaving, or expected to leave from any place in the United Kingdom (whether for a place in the United Kingdom or for outside the United Kingdom) to provide passenger or service information.
