Delete at beginning of second paragraph - 'The offence is an arrestable offence.' and in the sentence which follows, replace 'it' with 'the offence'.

Within this chapter the references 'goods which have been obtained by means of deception' are replaced by references to 'goods which have been obtained by fraud, contrary to the Fraud Act 2006, s 1'.

In relation to the actus reus of 'dishonestly obtaining a credit', a credit to an account is wrongful to the extent that it derives from theft, blackmail, fraud (contrary to the Fraud Act 2006) or stolen goods.
