i-c@fe is an interactive subscription website for Modern Languages students and teachers. It is centred around three online magazines (French, German, and Spanish) at Key Stage 3 and 4, with six editions a year. Students will love the fun, lively format - just like the magazines the buy themselves - whilst teachers can be sure the content is relevant to the curriculum and the course being followed.

FAQ
-
- Q, I am having trouble registering online. Is there another way I can subscribe?
If, for some reason, you are having difficulties with the online registration process, there is a link which allows you to print off a form via Adobe Acrobat Reader. Once this has been completed you will then need to send or fax the form to our Customer Services Department. Right click the following link to download the form:

- Q, Why can't I log in?
- You have typed in an incorrect username or password. The username and passwords for OUP web-sites are case sensitive. As a result, you must type in your username and password as it is shown, in the e-mail you will have received, confirming your subscription.
- Your account may have ended. i-café accounts run for one year.
- If you have ruled out the two causes above, then you may contact us for further support. We can be reached on 01865 353374 or by sending an e-mail to:

- Q, How do I access the teacher's notes for the website?
When you subscribed to i-café you should have received an email from Customer Services displaying a link to an admin page. You also gave two passwords, one to log into the site and an admin password to change your personal details. When clicking on the link you are required to type in your username and then your admin password. This will take you to a screen where you can change your password.
Altering your username is a different process. Unfortunately this is only possible in very severe circumstances, for enquiries please email:

- Q, I wish to change my existing username and password. How can I do this?
Teachers notes can be accessed by inputting your username, with '_2' at the end (i.e. testusername_2). Input your password as normal. You should now have access to the teacher's notes.
