English A Level with OCR and Oxford

2008 OCR Partnership

As the official OCR partner, we are working together to support you with the new English A Levels in 2008. We are offering a range of endorsed support from set texts and anthologies, to Coursework CD-ROMs.

HIGHLIGHTS

For English Literature:

• AS Unit 1: Poetry and Prose 1800-1945 Section A - Use the Oxford OCR Poetry Anthology All the key poems are reproduced in one easy-to-use anthology for only £5.00.

• Section B - rely on Oxford's OCR set texts including contextual notes and an OCR-specific introductory section.

• Critical Texts - Use the Oxford OCR Critical Anthology to access a range of relevant literary critical texts, helping your students to understand basic concepts and approaches.

• AS Unit 2: Literature post-1900 - Our unique Coursework OxBox CD-ROM contains practical advice and support to guide you through the coursework requirements.

• A2 Unit 3: Drama and Poetry pre-1800 - Use Oxford School Shakespeare to study the set plays.

For English Language and Literature:

• Use our range of OCR set texts (below), Oxford School Shakespeare, and Oxford World's Classics for inspiration and support for this specification. Our Coursework OxBox CD-ROM will also be invaluable.

For English Language:
