The Interactive CD sits at the heart of the Maths Investigator resources to provide fully integrated ICT, making maths meaningful and fun in every lesson. The Tools menu within the Interactive CD comprises a wealth of intuitive and powerful teaching tools, which use familiar mathematical models and images to support the teaching of a variety of mathematical concepts. These tools can be used alongside any maths resource, not just Maths Investigator.

The tools and activities can be used in starters or reviews to pull ideas together, for demonstration in the main teaching part of the lesson, or by children in pupil activities.
