Opening an account with Oxford
If you are a stock-holding bookshop or school supplier and intend to place regular orders, we will be happy to open a credit account for you on receipt of a satisfactory bank reference and two trade references. For those new to the trade, other professional references may be acceptable.
Orders will be despatched to meet your requirements as you have indicated on your application form (e.g. Air Mail, Securicor Europe, Sea Freight, Air Freight) and any carriage costs will be calculated according to order weight and charged on your invoice. However, if you choose to use a Freight Forwarder, delivery will be free of charge to a UK address and your chosen Freight Forwarder will invoice you directly for onward shipping.
To apply for a credit account with OUP, please use the links below to download a PDF version of the credit account application form and return by fax or scanned email. Please also send the original to us (address below) as our Credit Management team need the original copy for their records.
