FAQ
- Q, If you try to look for any of the assessment files for unit 9 it opens the one for unit 8.
- Download the following replacement file, noting where you save it. Download Unit 9
- Make sure that the Oxbox application is not running.
- Unzip the file, which contains the content.
- You will need Winzip installed on your computer to access the files. If you have Winzip, when you click on the file attached, you will see an option to Extract To in the top menu bar.
Please extract the 'chapter 9.zip' file to:
- - the network drive letter where you installed the database on your network,
- - or My Documents for a standalone install,
- - or w:drive for a RM CC3 install

then navigate to:
OxBox Databases\Science Works - ef14b9f5-af98-4bb9-906d-47a5654d0dee\Content\1\5\14.
- You will be prompted asking if you want to copy over the existing files, please select 'yes to all'. The correct files should now be in place.

- Q, There is nothing in Resources under Year 8 Help Sheets or Extensions

Unfortunately, these resources do not appear to be tagged correctly and do
not appear when Help or Extension is selected in the 'Select resource type' menu.
However, the resources themselves are still present on the OxBox, and you can find
them by scrolling down the resource list and checking the resource titles.
