FAQ
-
- Q, When I open Maths Assessment I get a black DOS screen which hangs.
This is normal, it is even normal for the occasional error log to come up in this window; Maths Assessment will deal with these for you. Once the black box stops bringing up commands it should finish with ‘Starting Apache/Tomcat‘. Once you see this open Internet Explorer and type in the relevant address.

- Q, When I get into Maths Assessment I cant get into the assessment material.
With Maths Assessment you have to set up teachers first, you then need to log out and log back in as a teacher (using the username and password that you set up) you will then be able to get to the assessment material.
