• Q, Does Project X Interactive Stories software work on an Apple Macintosh computer?
Yes. Project X Interactive Stories software works on Apple Macintosh computers running Mac OS 10.3.9 - 10.5.5. Use Disk 1 to install the software.

• Q, Does Project X Interactive Stories software work on Windows® Vista? It's not listed as a supported operating system.
Project X Interactive Stories software was developed for use on PCs running Windows XP, so use on Vista is not officially supported. However, our testing indicates that it can be used successfully on Windows® Vista.

• Q, I want to use Project X Interactive Stories on an RM® CC3 network. Is that possible?
We have created a CC3 package for each of the Project X Interactive stories CD-ROMs. You will find it on Disk 2 in the CD-ROM case. Instructions for using this package to roll out Project X Interactive Stories to selected client computers via the CC3 admin module are given on page 5 of the Quick Reference guide and on a Readme file on Disk 2.

• Q, I want to install Project X Interactive Stories to a network that isn’t an RM® CC3 network. Is that possible?
Project X Interactive Stories is a program with a standalone installation only. We recommend that you use it on standalone machines. However, our testing indicates that Project X Interactive Stories software can be installed on a shared drive on a network and accessed from several client computers – this use is not officially supported, but you may find it works for you.
