A new agreement between Oxford University Press and the public library service in Northern Ireland means that the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography, the Oxford English Dictionary Online, Oxford Reference Online, Grove Art Online and Grove Music Online are now available free of charge to ALL public library members in Northern Ireland until 31 March 2008 -
