Interactive games for students

Everyone loves the maze games in Top Class. Now your students can play an interactive version of the game! Click to see the students’ game pages, and see below for suggestions on how you can use the game in your lessons:

  • You may need to explain the scoring system in more detail to the children. The number of points they get for a correct answer keeps increasing by 10 until they make a mistake. So the children will get much higher scores if they make fewer mistakes.
  • Keep a class scoreboard and encourage pupils to beat their previous best score.
  • Give weaker students the chance to play the game more often – but tell them it is a treat because they have tried hard in class, or because they have behaved well.
  • Use the scores as an opportunity to introduce higher numbers to stronger students.

Remember that to play the games, you need Flash Player 5. If you do not have this, or the game doesn't download properly, go to the help page.
